Libraries

Our teslin based membership cards embed barcode tracking technology under the surface of the card, making it the product of choice for libraries. In addition to a standard credit card size, we also offer a card / tag matrix or standalone key tags, making sure your library gets exactly what it wants.

The Setting:
A west coast library wanted to build awareness of its value among local elementary students.

The Solution:
The library sponsored a contest allowing students from local elementary schools to design the next “library card.” Four winners were chosen and their artwork and name appeared on the library membership cards. This built awareness for the library among the students as well as the entire community.

Museums

Additional needed revenue can be generated by offering a Preferred Member or VIP card. This card is purchased and will allow access to special showings or discounts in the gift shop.

The Setting:
A Northeastern museum wanted to boost community interest in and support for local artists.

The Solution:
In addition to direct mail campaigns, the museum also developed special membership cards featuring local artists’ work. When used, these cards brought discounts to the member and also gave a portion of the proceeds to the local artist organization.

The Setting:
A high profile college needed to prevent students from duplicating their parking hangtags. They wanted a product that parking security could easily identify as valid or forged.

The Solution:
With the help of Bristol ID, the campus now uses a foil security feature on its parking hangtags that make the valid tags instantly identifiable.

High School

High school needed to deliver unique prom tickets that would track each sale to prevent duplication and also act as keepsake for each student. Through unique application of color and foil to PVC, Bristol ID was able to create a dazzling prom ticket. Each was numbered and trackable and students kept long after event.

The Setting:
A customer in Kentucky sold school fundraising cards for many years. He noticed a trend among his clients – they wanted to add more sponsors to their existing card! The size of a standard credit card was becoming too small for their needs, but they didn’t want to increase the card size or thickness either.

The Solution:
The Bristol ID team developed a “foldable” fundraising card, thereby doubling the amount of sponsors that could be listed on a single card without increasing the original card size or adding bulk to the card. This product has taken off and is now the leading product for our client.
